Processing Time

Every Buddered order is carefully packed before it leaves our facility. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. During holidays, product launches, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

USA: 3–5 business days
International: 5–10 business days

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been shipped and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 USD within the United States.

Shipping charges for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also use our Track Order page to check the latest shipping status.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Buddered is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll gladly assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, Buddered ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and product. We'll review the issue and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
